Proverbs 20:22
22 Don’t say, “I will get even for this wrong.”
Wait for the Lord to handle the matter.
This is a very good and interesting verse. Reminds me not to take matters in my own hands or be extremly revengeful. I have felt like that many times, if only I said this or done that or fixed the issues myself. Sometimes we think we can do it all, but our help comes from the Lord. The Lord reminds us in this verse that He will take care of things and He gives us strength at the right time.

Proverbs 21:21
Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love
will find life, righteousness, and honor.
When I think about getting even or taking matters into my own hands, I am reminded of Psalms 121:1-3 "I lift up my eyes to the mountains- where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip-he who watches over you will not slumber."
I am so glad that HE is the ONE who is in control. Even though sometimes I don't know what He is doing, I do know that He knows my heart and knows all the answers.
