Psalms 51:1-2
1 Have mercy on me, O God,
because of your unfailing love.
Because of your great compassion,
blot out the stain of my sins.
2 Wash me clean from my guilt.
Purify me from my sin.
Today's veres is from the book of Psalms, David here is pledding to God to forgive him of his sin of adultry. He knows he's done wrong and feels guilty about it. There are many other times in our lives we sin in many different ways, and you can't classify sin either. Our sins are neither worse or less than David's sin. Stealing, liying, bullying, ect is no different, sin is sin and we are to repent and ask God's forgiveness and try not to repeat our sin again, and if we do talk to God, keep short accounts they say so it's not dragging forever.
Here's some vereses over the past week.
