Past Verses and Verse of the Day!

2 Samuel 7:22

“How great you are, O Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you. We have never even heard of another God like you!

It has been acouple days for sure, life is busier at times as we know and havn't been posting reguarly to keep up with the verses of the day. I list the reast of the verses below for the days I've missed posting.

Today's verse is from 2 Samuel. Did you know that some verse are prayers? yup there are prayers written in the bible. This is taken from part of a prayer that David is praying of thanks. Just honouring the almighty one. When I think of King David I picture Him in great dispair always calling out to God. I think he would make the Bible Guiness Book for the most praises for God as he did have a heart for God and has always longed for him in any good or bad situation. Thats awesome, we should be always call out to God in anything, have a heart striving for God.

Here are the rest of the verses that were missed this week. Feel free to comment about any of them or just todays if you want.

  1. Great bunch of verses Tiggy. I do appreciate how David was calling out to God in good times and in bad and even when he messed up, he always got back on track with God.

I know that you have encouraged me to pray more and to take things to God in prayer and in praise. Thanks for that.

There are a few other verses in this batch that speak to me as well. Psalm 94:18-19 is a great encouragment and James 1:19 is a real challenge some days… Thanks for your words of wisdom and the verses!
